Management reserves the right to inspect bags and refuse entry to any patron carrying prohibited items. No backpacks, large bags or shopping bags are permitted inside the Theatre.

Single-seat gaps — Many of our shows sell out, so please do not leave single seats between bookings. Our system may move your seats to avoid single-seat gaps; if your seats are moved you will receive an email with your new seat numbers.

Third-party offers — Groupon, Entertainment Book, complimentary vouchers and similar external offers are not valid for sessions deemed special events such as live concerts, special events, specialty screenings, festivals, or externally organised films. External offers must be used as per their individual terms and conditions and expiry dates and cannot be redeemed online.

Ticketing platform — We use Humanitix as our portal for live music and some event tickets.

Authorised sellers only — For your financial safety and to ensure your entry, purchase tickets directly from our website. We cannot honour tickets bought via third parties.

Risk & liability — The Theatre and its surrounding property are not responsible for loss or injury except as required by law. Patrons enter at their own risk.

No smoking — The Theatre and its surrounds are a no-smoking public area, including the garden and surrounds. By law, smoking is also prohibited within 4 metres of all doorways.

Aisles — Patrons must not move between rows except via the wide public aisles, which are clearly indicated by aisle lighting.

Refusal of entry / removal — Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who does not comply with these conditions or engages in antisocial behaviour. In such cases, tickets will be forfeited with no refund.
